On condition that the internal optic lens of red line laser module is selecting qualified separate crystal lens, it is getting highly uniform distribution red laser beam in distance, which is converting high intensity red laser light into a highly uniform red alignment laser line on desired working surfaces. For instance, whatever kind of targeting surface, such as wooden board, steel board, textile garment cloth, red alignment laser line is available with high uniformity as high as 80%. It is also keeping the same laser line thickness and brightness from laser line middle part towards both ends.
In some special line measuring work fields, there might be working places where human hands or mechanical line aligning tools cannot reach easily, however, this red line laser module has just shown its superiority. After its easy connection with electric power source, DC input power supply, it begins to work immediately. The red laser line is noncontact to any working surface. Even though red alignment laser line is being used as an accessory line for laser cutting work, it always leaves no track on raw material surface, but just keeping steady and clear line alignment and raw material processing during the whole process of line laser alignment work.
Owing to the employment of separate crystal lens with available lens degree of 10 to 93 degrees, red line laser module is able to obtain different line length within 0.5 meter to 6 meters in distance.
